Maestro Knows: Warren G The G Files

As someone who came up in the era that the West Coast dominated the hip hop scene, it’s good to see Warren G finally getting to The G Files album. It’s even better to see him get some shine ahead of time, and build a little anticipation for the album. For those that haven’t been waiting patiently, the Regulator has needed to regain his place as one of the top producers in the game. Those that picked up the Mid-Nite Hour album already know he hasn’t fell off, but the independent distribution probably kept the album out of reach for most fans. Nevertheless, the album is quality like you’d expect from The G Child, and I can’t wait to pick up The G Files in October.
